About Me

I have been searching for my True Essence my whole life, but I didn’t know it.

I was in my head, too busy getting 3 university degrees and a career in Public Health and research.

During this time, my body was talking very loudly to me about my disconnected Spirit, with skin problems, sleep problems, broken bones and severe depression.

It took getting very sick, a failed marriage and being laid off from my job to finally bring me to the realization that I wanted more out of life and that I had lost my voice and was not living my true potential.

I found my voice by turning inward, studying Mind Body Spirit Medicine, energy healing and cranial sacral therapy, and learning to embrace the Divine within me. I discovered who I truly AM.

My passion is sharing my intuitive gifts

with other women to empower them...

I am an Intuitive Coach who helps people in transition, who are feeling stuck, and who want more, to realize the Divine within them and to empower them to live the life of their dreams!

My vision is to uplift you into being the leader of your life and the world by connecting to your heart and living in Grace and Love and being unapologetically authentic!! It’s time!

I love coaching, readings, and teaching! I am also a Reiki Master for 15 years, trained in energy healing and meditation for 10 years, a cranial sacral therapist, and I have been facilitating weekly women’s groups for 7 years. I use all of the tools in my toolbox during a session.
